Sick Care and Chronic Care Management

When your child isn’t feeling their best, you need prompt, professional care you can trust. Our model allows for rapid access and direct communication when you need it most. Sick-care services are designed to address acute illnesses and injuries with efficiency and child return to comfort and wellness as quickly as possible. These services include:

  • Medication dispensing for many common conditions

    • Strep throat? Leave with amoxicillin in hand - no pharmacy trip required.

  • In-house lab testing (rapid strep, flu, urinalysis, glucose)

  • Asthma management 

  • Treatment of common skin conditions (acne, eczema, and more)

Newborn Home Care

  • First wellness visit within 2-3 days post-discharge
  • Lactation support
  • 1 month wellness visit

  • Additional weight checks as needed
